A day out to Gaddani beach turned into tragedy for six picnickers on Wednesday as only three of them survived drowning in sea. Anita, a nurse at the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), and Francis John died on the way to the hospital while divers were still searching for the sixth picnicker, Gabriel.
The three survivors, Sana, Afzaal and Bilal Ahmed, were being treated at the AKUH.
