23 Indian teenagers gifted clothes on eve of release

The 23 Indian teenagers to be released today on orders of the Sindh High Court (SHC) were provided with new clothes on Tuesday.

 

The provision of clothes was made possible by collaboration between the Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC) and the Government of Pakistan.

 

The matter of providing the juveniles with proper clothing was first brought up by SPARC representative Nazar Jahan during a visit to the Landhi jail where the teenagers were
