PESHAWAR: The change of the site for the proposed cadet college in Lakki Marwat district has triggered controversy.
Official documents obtained by The News showed that after the 18th Amendment and abolition of the Federal Ministry of Education, education has been devolved to the provinces and the federal government would not provide funds for establishment of the cadet college.
