Govt legally bound to educate children: Participants

PESHAWAR: Article 25A of Pakistan Constitution which says "The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such manner as may be determined by law" is not being acted upon by any government whether federal or provincial, said the participants of a 'Peace Walk' held in Peshawar on Monday.
The walk was held with the cooperation of British Consulate in Peshawar.
