ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Engineer Farkhand Iqbal on Tuesday inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Chinese government in Beijing, under which China will help channel 200 million gallons of water per day from Ghazi Barotha to the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
