LAHORE, June 8: First public sector DNA lab under the Punjab Thalassaemia Prevention Programme has been established at Ganga Ram Hospital.
Ganga Ram Hospital Board of Management Chairman Syed Yawar Ali inaugurated the lab on Friday.
Talking to media, he said the Punjab government had released 167 million funds under the said programme for the establishment of DNA labs in 12 districts of the province.
