ISLAMABAD, June 13: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has not received Rs11.4 billion additional funds the federal government had promised to release in the fourth quarter of this fiscal year.
This was stated at a meeting of the vice-chancellors of public sector universities here on Wednesday.
