For now, the Orthopaedic Medical Institute (OMI), Karachi, doctors, whose alleged negligence during surgeries claimed the life of PPP MNA Fauzia Wahab, appear to be in trouble.
After the Interior Ministry ordered inquiry into Ms Fauzia’s death, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), the national watchdog of medical practice, too, has stepped in to find out the truth about the case.
