ISLAMABAD, June 17: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has given a clean chit to a foreign faculty member accused of plagiarism.
The decision came just before the HEC was given under the administrative-cum-financial control of the Ministry of Professional and Technical Training.
According to documents available with Dawn, a deputy director quality assurance of the HEC in a letter to Professor Dr Ishtiaq Qadri said his case was discussed by the plagiarism committee and after reviewing
