ISLAMABAD, June 21: An MPhil student here on Thursday committed suicide after failing to pass the exam in three attempts, police said.
However, the circumstantial evidences raised suspicions as the victim’s hands were found tied separately in opposite direction with tables.
Basharat Khan, 29, a native of Mardan, was doing MPhil from Air University and lived in a hostel at G-10/1. He had been in distress for the last a couple of weeks due to the failure in the exam.
