Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Ebad Khan directed on Wednesday that the financial matters pertaining to the public sector universities in Sindh should be determined keeping in view the prevailing situation at the Higher Education Commission and in the light of the resources available to the province in the aftermath of the 18th Amendment.
