The Sindh High Court on Tuesday issued notices to the advocate-general of Sindh, the home secretary, the Special Investigation Unit and others on a petition against unlawful detention of a man.
Petitioner Khan Bibi submitted that her son, Dilawar Baloch, went to a tea shop in the Old Golimar area on May 28 but did not return home.
Her counsel, Mohammad Farooq, submitted that a report about the disappearance of the petitioner’s son was lodged at the police station
