Senior Minister for Education and Literacy Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq has said that 19,000 teachers will be recruited in the first phase and another eight thousand in the second phase to overcome a shortage of instructors in schools.
He was presiding over a seminar on ‘Role of teachers in the enhancement of quality education’ at a local hotel.
