twin cities public sector University teachers observe Black Day

The academic staff associations of Quaid-i-Azam University, Allama Iqbal Open University, National University of Modern Languages and other public sector universities in the twin cities observed Black Day against the government for not releasing the fourth instalment of the budget 2011-12.
