ISLAMABAD: The US Agency for International Development (USAID) has launched a nationwide painting competition for students to help begin a dialogue on how energy can be conserved.
Aimed at participants between the ages of 8 and 17 years, the competition embraces a variety of themes and styles from watercolours to oil
