LAHORE: The Punjab Youth and Sports Festival is gaining popularity at neighbourhood and village level, wherein participation has crossed half a million in just four days since the festival kicked off.
In Lahore alone around 50,000 youngsters took part in 30 events contested on Wednesday between the Sports and Youth Development Councils, while the figure of participation at events held in 36 other districts of the province surpassed 500,000 mark.
