PESHAWAR: The Town-III administration has issued notices to around 400 owners of buildings and plazas, directing them to appear in the Peshawar High Court (PHC) to explain their position over their commercial activities in the University Town.
The town administration issued the notices on the PHC directives in two identical writ petitions against the leasing out of the University Town Club’s land to two people and commercial activities in the residential area.
