80,000 children admitted to govt schools from private ones: Punjab Education Minister

LAHORE: Punjab Education Minister Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman has said that the government is providing modern educational facilities to children and 80,000 children have been admitted to government schools from private schools. Talking to a delegation of students, he said that 108,000 schools are providing education to children in the province, adding that one teacher is available for 31 students on average. After new recruitments, one teacher will be available for 29 students, he added. He said
