Court seeks reply on FJMC principal’s appointment

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday sought replies from the Punjab chief secretary and health secretary on a contempt petition challenging appointment of Fatima Jinnah Medical College (FJMC) principal in violation of court’s stay order.

The court directed the respondents to file their replies within 10 days.

The court issued the directive on a petition filed by FJMC Pathology Department’s Professor Dr Nazifa Ahmad.
