Rabiya Tariq, a student of Springfield Public School, Rawalpindi, and M Haris Dilawar of Divisional Public School and College, Rawalpindi, grabbed first prizes in an art and speech competition respectively, that focused on various aspects of Pak-Japan friendship. The contest was held at the National Art Gallery (NAG) here on Wednesday.
