Excitement of exploring new avenues of knowledge was writ large on the faces of five young scholars as they received their scholarship award certificates for higher education at Cambridge University, UK.
The certificates were distributed by Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Dr Nadeem-ul-Haq, at the send-off ceremony of Pakistani scholars proceeding for higher education at Cambridge University. The ceremony was held at HEC, Islamabad.
