ISLAMABAD: The establishment of Higher Education Commission (HEC) in September 2002 had heralded a revolution in Pakistan’s higher education sector. It accomplished far more in the 10 years since its establishment than was achieved in the first 55 years of Pakistan’s existence, HEC Executive Director Prof Dr S Sohail H Naqvi said on Tuesday. He was addressing an interaction organised at HEC’s head office in connection with the 10-year celebrations of HEC’s establishment.
