Ideas for further extension of higher education cooperation between Pakistan and Central Asian Republics (CARs) were discussed at a video conferencing seminar organised by the HEC in connection with 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Pakistan and six CARs, including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
