LAHORE, Sept 17: The six-day 4th Lahore International Children Film Festival opened at Ali Institute of Education on Monday.
A large number of children attended the festival. The venue was tastefully decorated with embellishments and different kinds of ornamentation and illumination. The opening ceremony of the festival was delayed due to rain.
