The Qualified to Lead Programme (QTLP) Islamabad was organised by the Roots Academy for Professional and Intellectual Development (RAPID) here on Friday.
The programme focused on teamwork, model school criteria, roles and responsibilities of the branch heads, proper procedure to form and maintain management logs, financial management in schools, certification guidelines, foreign language programmes, planning and managing meetings and admission management.
