MANSEHRA, Sept 19: People of Kaghan on Wedn-esday blocked Kaghan-Jalkhad road to traffic to protest against shortage of teaching staff in government boys and girls high schools in the area.
The protesters said that students were regularly attending their classes in tents and shelters following destruction of the two schools in 2005 earthquake, but most of the posts were either lying vacant or the teachers remained absent from duty, which had been hampering education of students of upper
