People living in miserable conditions outside SIUT Karachi
Breathing in the fumes of the hundreds of vehicles that pass through the crowded street, people living in makeshift abodes on the footpath just outside the Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplant (SIUT) live and sleep beside stray dogs in the most miserable conditions. All of them are either patients suffering from life-threatening illnesses or their relatives.
