The petition against Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) Voluntary Severance Scheme (VSS) filed by an ex-employee, Rana Muhammad Hassan, in Lahore High Court, has been withdrawn, says a press release.
The petitioner’s lawyer asserted his views but the arguments could not satisfy the honourable court. PTCL lawyers briefed the court about the VSS scheme and transfers, postings and the court acknowledged the assertions. The lawyer retrenched the
