RAWALPINDI – Officials of Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE) have expressed concerns over recruitment of 10 employees of Grade-4 in the education board as they receive their job letter by hand.
Some officials of the board, on the condition of anonymity, told INP that Chairman RBISE, Dr Ashraf had recruited 10 grade-4 employees without an advertisement and taking other officials in confidence.
They said that the new employees received their recruitment
