LAYYAH, Sept 15: A 12-year-old student of a seminary was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Chak 149-C TDA near Jamman Shah, some seven kilometres away from here, on Saturday.
Seminary teacher Hafiz Saifullah said students were preparing for Zohr prayers when they heard fire shots. When they went out, they found Kishwar Husain injured. He was rushed to DHQ Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
