US consulate spared total cellular blackout in Lahore
LAHORE: Cell phone services remained suspended in the city on the instructions of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) on Friday. However, there was partial connectivity around US consulate and Governor’s House, which was a security breach as both areas had been declared red zone due to protests against a blasphemous film made in the US.
