Empowerment of women stressed, artist Fariha Mohsin
KARACHI: Stressing the need for economic and social empowerment of women in the country, artist Fariha Mohsin said it was highly admirable that women were taking a stand for themselves and making achievements in every field. Speaking as chief guest at an art exhibition featuring works of women designers on the eve of the “TW9Y EXPO MOM” on Sunday she said every day was a day where the beauty and courage of women should be celebrated”, she opined, before inaugurating the exhibition.
