Vice chancellors, educationists and current and former members of governing body of Higher Education Commission (HEC) paid glowing tributes to the services of former executive director of HEC Dr. Sohail H. Naqvi who has been recently appointed as vice chancellor of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore.
