Reforms hampered as teachers, other ex-cadre officers occupy administrative positions

PESHAWAR: Almost all the administrative positions in both higher and elementary education departments have been occupied by teachers and other ex-cadre officers thereby hampering reforms in the system and promotion of quality education.
