Karachi The Joint Action Committee of doctors and paramedical staff of the Jinnah Post-Graduate Medical Centre (JPMC) and the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) has announced boycott of OPDs at both the health facilities on Monday in protest against devolution of their hospitals.
