Rawalpindi All Pakistan Inter-College Declamation Contests were held under the aegis of the Directorate of Federal Government Educational Institutions Cantonment and Garrisons at the Federal Government Postgraduate College for Women, Kashmir Road.
Former principal of the F G College for Women Shafqat Aslam was the chief guest on the occasion. The topic for English declamation contest was Talent and Modesty go Together . The judges were Riffat Nawaz, head of English Department at Fauji
