AN inordinate delay is being witnessed in appointment of the chairman at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore.
The post was advertised along with other similar posts at BISE Gujranwala, Faisalabad and Sargodha in April this year. The Punjab government appointed chairmen at rest of the three boards, however, it had so far failed to fill the post at the Lahore BISE despite completion of the search committee process and recommendations of the Higher Education
