PESHAWAR Fingers have been pointed at financial integrity of Sikandar Khan, director, student affairs, Islamia College University.
The series of allegations and inquiries against Sikandar Khan started in July 2005 when he was appointed director of regional centre of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) on deputation, sources told The News.
Five months later, he was repatriated to the University of Peshawar (UoP) in November 2005, according to an HEC letter to the UoP
