A DIVISION bench of the Lahore High Court on Monday adjourned hearing of intra-court appeals (ICAs) against dismissal of writ petitions by a single bench pertaining to appointment of vice-chancellors for six public sector universities.
The bench, headed by Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry, postponed the hearing without any progress as second member of the bench, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, had already refused to hear the subject matter when it came to his court previously.
