Karachi King of Malaysia, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin has conferred an honorary doctorate degree on Prof Atta-ur-Rahman, FRS, former Minister for Science and Technology and former Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), in Malaysia during the 75th convocation ceremony held on October 20 at the University of Technology Malaysia.
