PESHAWAR Speakers at a seminar to mark World Sight Day held

PESHAWAR: Speakers at a seminar, which was held at the Khyber Medical College (KMC) here Wednesday to mark the World Sight Day, noted that blindness being a non-fatal disease was an ignored area in the community medicines curriculum for medical undergraduates that called for attention.

The theme of the event was Introducing the Concept of Community Ophthalmology as part of community medicines .

The seminar was organised by Fred Hollows Foundation Australia in collaboration with Khyber
