Rawalpindi Roots School System Executive Director Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq was conferred the ‘Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011’ award by the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), says a press release issued here on Thursday.
