KARACHI, The Sindh High Court was informed on Friday that the Federal Urdu University was not recognised by the Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) for the purpose of legal education and any degree awarded by it could not be recognised for enrolment of an advocate.
A division bench headed by Chief Justice Mushir Alam was seized with the hearing of a petition of a law graduate from the Federal Urdu University seeking enrolment as an advocate.
