PESHAWAR The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday ordered release on bail of a student of the University of Peshawar (UoP) arrested on charges of having links with the kidnappers of kidnapped vice-chancellor of the Islamia College University, Ajmal Khan.
A single PHC bench of Justice Fazle Haq Abbasi issued release order of Izhar Afzal, a first year student at the Theology Department of the UoP, on bail. On August 7, 2011, officials of the Campus Police Station arrested him and charged him
