University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences UVAS for setting up research institute for vector-borne diseases
LAHORE The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) has proposed setting-up of a Postgraduate Institute of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology Research (PIAMBR) to take forward Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif’s vision of conducting research for effective control of vector-borne diseases, including dengue, before they reach alarming proportions.
