Karachi University teachers on Friday boycotted classes in protest against the Thursday incident in which one of their colleagues was manhandled by some students.
A protest meeting held under the aegis of the Karachi University Teachers Society (Kuts) unanimously resolved to continue the boycott until foolproof security measures were made on the campus.
