LAHORE The Young Doctors Association (YDA) met Health Secretary Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan on Sunday and demanded the appointment of a permanent vice chancellor at King Edward Medical University (KEMU).
YDA officials briefed the health secretary on affairs at the university.
They also called for a King Edward Medical College, as the institution used to be known, with a principal within the university to improve undergraduate education. The institution was granted the status of a university in
