LAHORE academic crisis seems to have worsened, as the University of Health Sciences has dropped the names of 400 candidates from the merit lists displayed on Tuesday for admission to government institutions for the 2011-12 session.
These students were among those who passed the entrance test for the 2011-12 session and were declared eligible for admission to four newly established government medical colleges — Khwaja Muhammad Safdar Medical College, Sialkot; Gujranwala Medical College;
