LAHORE The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman, Dr Javaid Laghari said that the HEC was facing a deficit due to the non-availability of funds from the Finance Ministry and that if the ministry would pay Rs 7.1 billion to the HEC, then this deficit could be overcome.
