Lahore THE judicial commission, comprising Justice Shahid Saeed of the Lahore High Court, on Thursday started an inquiry into finding reasons for the delay and faults in results of matriculation and intermediate exams and ordered the serving and former chairmen and other officials of all eight Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) of Punjab to file their written replies by Saturday.
